Corruption will be forever part of India.
A recent case, I refer to the Malaysian Double Track Project - Seremban to Gemas, whereby IRCON international was awarded this project by the Gov of Malaysia.
In the signaling package, a sum of 1 core was paid to IRCON MD to obtain this contract. A "one man" show company "Westinghouse Malaysia" got this job after bribing IRCON Officials in India.
This one man show company hardly has even a decent office and capability.
This shows, corruption will be part and parcel of India.
