Unless the cities gets planned accordingly we can both control costs per sq foot, which is unreasonably exorbitant now, and also allow peaceful life for our citizens, who then, instead of putting effort to/from commute to office for 2 hrours everyday would read stuff about our dissident politics, and not allow the aam-aadmi mongers to come to power until the infrastructure of the planning commission gets cleaned up, like not permitting so many companies in the same area, no amount of roads can help!
